What is the return and refund policy?
We strive to ensure all orders delivered are accurate and in good condition. However, you may contact us for a return/refund request should you encounter the following:
  • Item is defective or expired
  • Item is missing from your order
  • Item is incorrect from your order (product, colour, size and etc)
 
How do return/refund an item?
All return/refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and successful refunds will be done via the issuance of e-vouchers.

If you received any items in the conditions as stated in above, you may contact our Customer Service via 62760100 or csonline@sasa.com.sg within 7 days upon receiving your order, subjected to the following:
  • Item is defective or expired
  • Item is missing from your order
  • Item is incorrect from your order (product, colour, size and etc)
